Mitchell Martin – NY event- MMI CARES

On November 22nd, #MMICares, the Philanthropic Community within Mitchell Martin, Inc. in NYC volunteered their time at City Meals on Wheels.  They braved the cold streets of Manhattan and delivered meals door to door to homebound elderly for the Thanksgiving holiday.  It was a great experience where they had the chance to meet new people and give back this holiday season.


Mitchell Martin – Dallas event- MMI Cares

On November 18th, #MMICares in Dallas volunteered their time to the SPCA and worked an event for them to raise money for the animals in Dallas.  They monitored a table for a raffle, and worked within a mall to raise money to put towards the SPCA.  They raised a lot of money during this time and will be participating in additional events to give back!

Mitchell Martin, Inc. (MMI), a privately held New York based Information Technology staffing company, has acquired the operating assets of Spring Lake Consulting Inc. (SLC) a staffing and permanent placement firm located in Manhattan. SLC specializes in the placement of Information Technology professionals and business domain experts in banking, hedge fund and insurance industry verticals.

The transaction closed on July 18th and the terms of the agreement were not disclosed. After a period of integration, the SLC services will be brought under the Mitchell Martin brand.

SLC has been in operation for over 15 years and has been a trusted and long term supplier to its growing account list. Founded by technologists who continue to deliver client project work, the company established a reputation for its technical aptitude, domain expertise and reliability in filling the needs clients had for contract and full time roles.

They have excellent relationships with their clients and will really add to our presence in the mid-market, an area we are now expanding into. Mitchell Martin, Inc. named Best Staffing Firm to Work For!



On February 25, 2016, we were named Best Staffing Firm to Work For by Staffing Industry Analysts.  Gene Holtzman, President & CEO, accepted the award in Phoenix, AZ at the Staffing Industry Analysts Executive Forum. “We’re very proud of our SIA award for best staffing firm to work for,” said Holtzman. “It confirms our commitment to giving our employees the best possible work experience; one where they have passion for the work they do, are continually learning and developing their skills, and one where they can achieve their personal, emotional and financial goals.”

The recognition came as a result of an internal employee survey of approximately 150 firms.  We were asked about culture, benefits, trust in leadership and how we differentiate ourselves from our competitors.
