MITCHELL MARTIN ACQUIRES NEW YORK BASED IT STAFFING FIRM: EXPANDS METRO AREA CLIENT BASE

Mitchell Martin, Inc. (MMI), a privately held New York based Information Technology staffing company, has acquired the operating assets of Spring Lake Consulting Inc. (SLC) a staffing and permanent placement firm located in Manhattan. SLC specializes in the placement of Information Technology professionals and business domain experts in banking, hedge fund and insurance industry verticals.

The transaction closed on July 18th and the terms of the agreement were not disclosed. After a period of integration, the SLC services will be brought under the Mitchell Martin brand.

SLC has been in operation for over 15 years and has been a trusted and long term supplier to its growing account list. Founded by technologists who continue to deliver client project work, the company established a reputation for its technical aptitude, domain expertise and reliability in filling the needs clients had for contract and full time roles.
