On February 25, 2016, we were named Best Staffing Firm to Work For by Staffing Industry Analysts.  Gene Holtzman, President & CEO, accepted the award in Phoenix, AZ at the Staffing Industry Analysts Executive Forum. “We’re very proud of our SIA award for best staffing firm to work for,” said Holtzman. “It confirms our commitment to giving our employees the best possible work experience; one where they have passion for the work they do, are continually learning and developing their skills, and one where they can achieve their personal, emotional and financial goals.”

The recognition came as a result of an internal employee survey of approximately 150 firms.  We were asked about culture, benefits, trust in leadership and how we differentiate ourselves from our competitors.

Over the years, the company founded Talent Tech Labs, where newer companies collaborate with forward thinkers in the talent acquisition space, as well as the MMI Research Department, a catalyst in business development for both clients and candidates and has already contributed to many of MMI’s successes.
